Harvard Jolly uses building information modeling (BIM) to help our clients realize their vision and expand their view of what is possible in a project. We differentiate ourselves from most firms by offering a dedicated specialist to help coordinate the BIM model between the client, design team, consultants and contractor.

Using BIM, we create evolutionary 3D models that can be virtually touched from anywhere at any point throughout the design process. These models provide an accurate visualization that simulates exactly how the building will look and how systems will operate when construction is complete. By creating these models, more resources can be allocated to refine the design. This allows for better coordination between all disciplines, thus minimizing errors and allowing for a faster and more efficient project delivery.
