Located on an entire city block in downtown St. Petersburg, the Baywalk Midcore Parking Garage provides over 900 spaces for parking. In addition, the street level of the garage has ample retail stores and dining options.
Harvard Jolly provided architectural services for a design criteria package to design the garage for the City of St. Petersburg. As such, Harvard Jolly worked with the city to develop design development phase documents and complete technical specifications. We also provided cost estimates, assisted in the evaluation of design/build submittals, reviewed construction documents, and reviewed construction to ensure that the team conformed to the original intent of the design.
