Harvard Jolly is currently designing the build-out of HCC's new Collaboration Studio in Ybor City. The 14,470 square foot space will house a new central dispatch suite, maintenance shop, and a data center to serve the college's eight campuses.
Besides the interior hardened core that will protect their computer servers, the surrounding support spaces will be arranged as open workspaces, enclosed suites, and individual offices to accommodate the needs of multiple departments.
Harvard Jolly was also commissioned by Hillsborough Community College to renovate numerous facilities on the school's Dale Mabry and Ybor City campuses. On the Dale Mabry campus, a 5,660 square foot bookstore was renovated into an exciting retail space. The campus's gym and locker rooms were also remodeled. The Ybor City campus Administration Building underwent renovations on the building's exterior roof and walls. These projects were completed in 2010.
